Welcome to St Sophia Ukranian Orthodox Church!
We are a parish of the Orthodox Christian Faith established in 1937. Our parish is a member of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA headed by His Eminence Metropolitan Antony.
Our parish is a member of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA, an autonomous diocese under the spiritual protection of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople heade by His All-Holiness, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I.
Our congregation reunites faithfuls of many ethnic backgrounds (romanians, ukrainians, moldavians and others), attracting members from all branches of Orthodoxy and through conversion to the Holy Orthodox Faith.
The service is in English, Romanian and Ukranian.
Divine Services are held by Rev. Fr. Mircea Schirta in English, Ukrainian and Romanian.
Schedule of Divine Services:
Saturday: 6pm Vespers
Sunday: 8-9 am Confessions.
9:30 am Divine Liturgy.
11:30 am Coffee Hour. Everyone is invited.
